Our Chocolate Pecan Biscotti and Vanilla Almond Biscotti crusts are made with flour, eggs and contain the aforementioned nuts. They do contain gluten.
The cheesecakes containing Chocolate Pecan Biscotti crust are: Caramel Macchiato, Red Velvet, German Chocolate, Irish Dream, Tiramisu, and Peanut Butter Chocolate.
The cheesecakes containing Vanilla Almond Biscotti are: Strawberry NY & Key Lime
German Chocolate has pecans in the topping.
Peanut Butter Chocolate contains peanut butter and has macadamia nuts in the topping.

All cheesecakes, except the Wine-Infused and Savory cheesecakes contain gluten.

Our Wine-Infused and Savory cheesecakes are crust less and cornstarch is substituted for the flour, making them 100% gluten free.

We have reduced the amount of sugar in our cheesecakes, from the original recipes.
All Savory cheesecakes are sugar-free.
