Our Story

Our names are Ed and Alanna and we are two Palisade locals who share an affinity for the great outdoors, our beautiful community, and yummy food.

After 10 years of teaching side-by-side at a local middle school, we decided to take the second biggest plunge of our lives (shoutout to ‘The Palisade Plunge’).

We purchased Decadence Cheesecakes from cheesecake-jedi-master, Lee Mathis, at the beginning of 2023. Since then we have dedicated ourselves to mastering the recipes and techniques to ensure that those little jars of heaven will remain just as delicious as you have become used to.
